Nad Zainal Kecewa Syarikat Makanan Tak Pandai Bungkus Air
ISU perkhidmatan syarikat yang menawarkan servis penghantar makanan bukanlah satu isu yang baru di negara kita. Pelbagai rungutan dan aduan telah dibuat oleh pengguna apabila perkhidmatan yang diberi, tidak memuaskan pelanggan.
Ada aduan yang dibuat seolah-olah tidak diendah menyebabkan ramai yang meluahkan rasa tidak puas hati mereka di media sosial.
Tidak terkecuali seorang pelakon popular, Nad Zainal juga baru-baru ini dilihat memuat naik status di media sosial mengenai kekecewaannya terhadap sebuah syarikat makanan.
Menurut status tersebut, pelakon drama yang kini tengah trending bertajuk Takdir Yang Tertulis itu meluahkan kekecewaannya dengan memuat naik video apabila makanan yang dipesan menggunakan aplikasi khidmat pesanan makanan rosak disebabkan air minum tertumpah.
Tambahan pula sejak Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) dilaksanakan, aplikasi khidmat penghantar makanan sangat popular diguna malahan menjadi trend dalam kalangan orang ramai.
Namun, syarikat yang bekerjasama dengan perkhidmatan tersebut juga tidak seharusnya sambil mudah dan perlu memastikan bungkusan yang diberikan kepada rider penghantar makanan dalam keadaan yang selamat dan dibungkus kemas.
Mana tidaknya, menurut Nad, secara logik, jika air minuman tidak dibungkus dengan sempurna ia pastinya sangat mudah tertumpah ketika rider dalam perjalanan untuk menghantar pesanan.
“Logik ke bungkus air macam ni? Ini bukan salah rider yang hantar makanan.
“Rider yang hantar pesanan naik motor mana tahu apa jadi dalam bungkusan yang dibawa. Tak kan la nak bawa motor 20km/j.
“Sepatutnya syarikat makanan kena pastikan bungkusan elok dibungkus rapi sebelum diserahkan kepada rider penghantar makanan supaya ia tidak rosak apabila diterima oleh pelanggan.
“Walaupun ketika PKP ini tidak nampak muka pelanggan tapi kami bayar jumlah yang sama tidak kira makan di kedai atau bungkus,” luahnya dengan penuh kekecewaan setelah makanan yang diterima habis semuanya rosak terkena air yang tumpah.
Luahan Nad Zainal itu juga mendapat maklum balas daripada para rider. Mereka berterima kasih kepada Nad Zainal kerana tidak menyalahkan rider dalam hal ini.
Menjengah ke ruang komen pula rata-rata warganet turut bersetuju dengan apa yang disuarakan oleh Nad Zainal dan pelik mengapa syarikat makanan tersebut tidak menawarkan bungkusan air dalam tin yang ternyata lebih praktikal.
Tak ketinggalan juga komen nakal yang mengaitkan watak Juwita lakonan Nad Zainal dalam drama Takdir Yang Tertulis.
