Pengarah Jabatan S.iasatan Jenayah Bukit Aman, Datuk Huzir Mohamed berkata, lelaki berusia 29 tahun itu dit.ahan pada jam 12.05 tengah hari.
“Sepasukan polis dari Unit S.iasatan J.enayah Terkelas Bukit Aman telah men.ahan lelaki itu serta mer.ampas sebuah telefon bimbit dan kad sim,” katanya dalam kenyataan pada Selasa.
Huzir berkata, permohonan r.eman ke atas s.uspek di bawah S.eksyen 117 K.anun Pr.osedur J.enayah akan dipohon pada Rabu bagi s.iasatan lanjut.
“Kita kini dalam usaha untuk mengenal pasti dan meng.esan sama ada terdapat individu lain yang turut terl.ibat dalam k.es itu,” katanya.
Huzir berkata, s.uspek telah memuat naik klip video berdurasi 3 minit 11 saat berkaitan k.es itu melalui pl.atform YouTube pada pertengahan Februari lalu.
“K.es dis.iasat mengikut S.eksyen 441 A.kta Ha.sutan 1948, S.eksyen 298 K.anun Kes.eksaan, S.eksyen 505 (c) K.anun Kes.eksaan dan S.eksyen 233 A.kta K.omunikasi dan M.ultimedia 1998,” katanya.
Huzir meng.gesa orang ramai agar menjadi pengguna media sosial yang bijak, berhemah dan tidak menggunakan p.latform berkenaan sehingga boleh mendatangkan keg.usaran serta mengga.nggu g.ugat keh.armonian negara.
