Sejak pandemik COVID-19 hadir, dapat dilihat orang ramai bekerja keras dalam usaha untuk memperoleh pendapatan bagi menyara diri dan keluarga. Lambakan orang ramai yang turut menggunakan perkhidmatan kurier sekaligus menjadi peluang buang individu lain berkhidmat sebagai rider.
Dalam pada itu, di sebalik usaha baik individu ini dalam mencari rezeki, timbul pula isu di mana pegawai syarikat kurier J&T cawangan Cheras Jaya memilih untuk tidak memberikan sebarang bayaran gara-gara menerima advan daripada pelanggan.
Isu yang menimpa pengguna Facebook Nor Azirah melalui perkongsian daripada Group Gabungan despatch /driver courier malaya, beliau memaklumkan memulakan kerja dengan menghantar 100 parcel sehari pada hari pertama pekerjaan.
Kerja beliau diteruskan lagi pada hari kedua dengan menghantar 100 parcel lagi kepada pelanggan. Tugasan yang banyak diterima beliau dan dijalankan dari pagi sehingga ke malam. Beliau turut berkongsi pernah memaklumkan kepada pelanggan untuk menghantar barangan esok harinya kerana hari sudah malam serta mahu menguruskan anaknya yang masih kecil.
Dimaklumkan tidak layak terima bayaran

Situasi menjadi pahit buat Nor Azirah apabila beliau dimaklumkan oleh pegawainya kerana terdapat pelanggan yang membuat aduan. Jawapan yang diterima membuatkan beliau tertanya-tanya mengenai prosedur J&T yang akan membatalkan komisen rider sekiranya meskipun terdapat satu advan daripada pelanggan.
Lebih perit, pegawai tersebut turut memaklumkan keputusan terpaksa dibuat daripada pihak atasan atas alasan beliau didakwa menipu.
Situasi menjadi lebih perit buat ibu dengan lima anak ini apabila beliau dikatakan telah menerima 17 aduan daripada pelanggan serta dimaklumkan kesemua bayaran beliau dibatalkan.
Menerusi perkongsian beliau dalam group berkenaan, para netizen nampaknya turut berang dengan layanan yang diberikan kepada beliau oleh pegawai J&T Cheras Jaya.
Perkongsian yang tular ini turut mendapat perhatian ramai sehingga beliau mendapat pengadilan oleh pengurus J&T Cheras Jaya sendiri. Menurutnya, beliau akhirnya telah menerima bayaran RM500 oleh pihak J&T.
Meskipun tidak tinggi nilainya, namun sedikit sebanyak dapat membantu beliau sebagai ibu untuk menyara anak-anaknya.
