Terbaharu, menurut laporan Sinar Harian, hukum4n penj4ra tersebut telah digantikan dengan dend4 sebanyak RM5,500.

Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman iaitu Nurulhuda Nur’aini Mohamad Nor di Mahk4mah Tinggi Shah Alam telah membuat keputusan tersebut selepas membenarkan rayuan Farid Kamil.

Pihak mahkamah menggantikan hukum4n penj4ra 13 bulan kepada denda RM5,000 bagi kesalahan keker4san jen4yah terhadap anggota polis pada tiga tahun lalu. Manakala, hukum4n penj4ra empat bulan digantikan kepada denda RM500 kerana mengeluarkan perkataan tidak sopan.

Pelakon Lagenda Budak Setan itu mengakui menyes4l dengan perbuatan yang telah dilakukannya itu dan memohon maaf semasa perbicaraan berlangsung.
